License and terms

What you are buying

When you buy a resource from Faithful Foundations Marketplace, you receive a personal license to use it. You do not own the resource, and the license does not transfer ownership.

The license covers one of these, shown on the product page and in your receipt:

Family license: the resource may be used by the children in one household.
Single classroom license: the resource may be used by one teacher with one class.
School or co-op site license: the resource may be used by the staff of one school or co-op, as agreed in writing. Pricing is by quote.

What you may do

Print copies for the people covered by your license.
Use the resource in your home, classroom, or program.
Store a copy on your own devices for that use.

What you may not do

Sell, resell, lend, give away, rent, or license the resource to anyone.
Share the file or a printed copy with anyone outside your license.
Post the resource, or any part of it, online or in a shared folder, unless it is a private folder limited to your license.
Remove or change the buyer name stamp or any copyright notice.
Use the resource to make a competing product.

Membership

Membership gives you access to the resources included in your plan while your subscription is active. It does not give you ownership of any resource. The rules above apply to every resource you access through membership.

Creators

Creators keep their rights to the resources they publish. By listing a resource, the creator grants the marketplace the right to sell the license described here.

Ownership and copyright

Each resource is protected by copyright. Each buyer's copy carries the buyer's name. We may trace copies to the buyer who received them.
